Construct
It’s time to start bringing your dream to life and make it a physical reality. We can manage the whole project for you. Not long now until we’re handing over your new home, garden room, orangery or office space for you to enjoy.

He is passionate about driving the business forward ensuring a successful collaborative approach between office and site based colleagues.
Rebecca Rankin
Operations Director
Rebecca oversees all operational aspects of company strategy to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Having worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, she liaises closely with Department Heads and the companies Health and Safety Advisors to ensure best working practices and standards.
Ellie Piererpoint
Office and Procurement Manager
Ellie is an enthusiastic Office and Procurement Manager who brings genuine passion for construction to her role. Ellie is always seeking ways to expand her knowledge and expertise by staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. Ellie works closely with our commercial team assisting in estimating, contract administration and assessment of variations and valuations. She collaborates with Senior professionals to contribute to the smooth execution of projects.
Harriet Ward
Commercial Manager
Harriet is our Commercial Manager and responsible for the financial management of projects, she assists in the high level management of projects and continuously works to strategically expand, preserve or improve procedures.
Will Lyne
Contracts Manager
Will is an accomplished Contracts Manager with a proven track record of overseeing the negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Will ensures that all contractual obligations are met, delivering projects and services on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Amy Clayton
Quantity Surveyor
Amy is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in managing costs and contracts for construction projects. With a reputation for precision and strategic financial management and identifying potential cost saving opportunities, Amy ensures financial resources are optimally allocated.

As part of our management service we can introduce the perfect design partner, or work with your own if already in that process. We can liaise with, or manage the process in-house to minimise impact and ensure a seamless process.
By working with the design team from an early stage we can assist in cost management through design efficiencies followed by careful and considerate procurement.
